Wine characteristics: The yellow strain of Verduzzo, cultivated in the estate ismoderately macerated, gives a fresh, straw yellow colouredwine. Slightly tannic, full bodied, pleasant on the palate, with anaroma that brings to mind apple, pear, peach and apricot.It should be drunk young to better appreciate the fruity flavour.
Recommended with: A typical mild sweet white wines which goes well with seafood, egg preparations, grilled white meats dry patisserie,warm aged cheese cakes and deserts.
